Welcome.
Thrive is a six-month mentorship I take seriously - which is why these Terms exist. They protect the experience for you, for me and for everyone else in the programme. Please read them carefully before enrolling.
By enrolling in Thrive, you're agreeing to the following Terms and Conditions (the “Agreement”) between you (“Client”, “you”) and Stephanie Thomas Coaching Ltd (“Company”, “we”, “us”).
Thrive is a six-month mentorship programme for established accommodation business owners.
Your place in Thrive includes:
A kick-off session with Stephanie to welcome you into Thrive - introducing you to the Thrive Hub, the community and the six-month journey ahead. Where possible, these are held as small group sessions so new members can connect with each other.
Two live group coaching calls each week, three weeks out of every four, with Stephanie on Zoom - pausing during the annual programme breaks listed below
Access to The Thrive Method™ - the structured framework, training, tools and resources - for 12 months from the date of enrolment
Three-tier support: the Thrive community, strategic questions on coaching calls and up to two confidential 30-minute 1:1 sessions with Stephanie during your six months - for the questions that are personal, sensitive or just need private space
Implementation Week each month - a protected fourth week with no calls, designed for embedding the work
Annual programme breaks aligned with the rhythm of the accommodation industry - including a full month off in August, one week at Christmas and one week at Easter. Where the August break falls within your six-month programme, your access to live coaching, 1:1 sessions and the Thrive community is automatically extended by one month at no additional cost. Your 12-month access to the Thrive Method™ content is unaffected and runs from your enrolment date as standard.
Access to the supportive Thrive community for the duration of your programme
The specific programme format and current delivery schedule are described on the Thrive sales page at the time of enrolment — which forms part of these Terms by reference.
From time to time, we may update or improve programme materials and delivery format. We'll always maintain the high-touch, small-group nature of Thrive that you enrolled for.
Thrive is designed for:
Adults aged 18 or over
Owners of established accommodation businesses (typically B&Bs, independent hotels and high-quality self-catering businesses)
Before enrolling, we'll always have a Gameplan Call together to make sure Thrive is the right fit for where your business is now. You're responsible for making the final decision on whether Thrive is appropriate for you and your circumstances.
You agree to pay the full Thrive fee, either:
In full (£4,000), or
Via the agreed instalment plan (£1,500 upfront, plus 5 monthly payments of £575)
If you choose to pay in instalments, you authorise automatic scheduled payments on the dates agreed at enrolment.
Because Thrive is a six-month programme and the Gameplan call exists specifically to ensure the right fit before you join, enrolment is a mutual commitment. This means:
You commit to the full programme duration, regardless of your level of participation
All payments are non-refundable once enrolled
You remain responsible for completing all agreed payments
If a scheduled payment fails and a valid payment method is not provided within a reasonable timeframe, we reserve the right to pause or remove access until payment is resolved.
If payments remain outstanding beyond the agreed terms, we'll always try to reach out first. If we can't resolve it together, we may take reasonable steps to recover what's owed, which could include referring the matter to a debt recovery service or pursuing it through legal channels.
Thrive works because of the quality of the community. To keep it that way:
All communication - in calls, the community and any Thrive space - must be respectful and professional
No pitching, selling, or promoting services to other members
No sharing Thrive materials outside the programme
Access to Thrive is personal to you. It may not be shared, transferred or given to anyone else
If behaviour is disruptive, inappropriate, or breaches these Terms, we reserve the right to remove access without refund. This is rare - but necessary to protect everyone in the programme.
Inside Thrive, members share real details about their businesses, numbers and challenges. That trust matters.
You agree to:
Respect the privacy of other Thrive participants
Keep shared discussions, business details and anything shared within the community confidential
In return, the programme materials, methods and all content you access within Thrive are proprietary and confidential. They're for your use, not for sharing.
All Thrive content - including The Thrive Method™, the training, the tools, the templates, the recordings and all other programme materials - remains the property of Stephanie Thomas Coaching Ltd.
When you enrol, you're granted a limited, non-transferable licence to use materials for your own business only.
You may not:
Copy, share, resell, or distribute any Thrive materials
Use Thrive content to create competing programmes, services or products
Reproduce The Thrive Method™ or any part of it in your own teaching, coaching or public materials.
Unauthorised use may result in immediate termination of access and, if required, legal action.
From time to time, we may share anonymised examples of member questions, comments, or discussions (without any identifying details) for teaching, case study or marketing purposes.
We'll always handle these with care, and we'll never share anything sensitive or personally identifying.
If you'd prefer your contributions not to be used in this way, you can opt out at any time by emailing stephanie@stephaniethomas.com
Thrive provides education, strategy and mentorship. It is not a substitute for financial, legal, accounting or other professional advice - and nothing inside Thrive should be treated as such.
Results vary depending on your specific business, market conditions and how you implement what you learn. Every owner is different. We don't guarantee any specific income, bookings or business outcomes. What we commit to is the quality of the programme, the structure of The Thrive Method™ and the level of support you receive throughout your six months.
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
We're not liable for indirect, consequential or business losses
Your maximum claim under this Agreement is limited to the amount you've paid for Thrive
If at any point you feel Thrive isn't the right fit for where you are, you're welcome to step away - but please know we'd always prefer to have a conversation first
Nothing in this clause excludes or limits liability in any way that would be unlawful - for example, for death, personal injury, fraud or any other liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.
We may terminate your access to Thrive if:
These terms are breached
Payments remain outstanding
Your conduct harms the programme environment or other participants
If access is terminated, your obligations under the confidentiality and intellectual property sections of this Agreement continue to apply.
We're not responsible for delays or disruptions caused by events outside our reasonable control - including illness, technical failures or significant external events. Where possible, we'll let you know and find a sensible way forward together.
