Welcome - and thank you for choosing Thrive.
These Terms set out what you can expect from Thrive, and what I ask of you in return. Please read them before you buy. By purchasing Thrive, you're agreeing to this Agreement between you ("you", "the Client") and Stephanie Thomas Coaching Ltd ("we", "us", "the Company").
Thrive is a self-study business-building system for owners of B&Bs, independent hotels and self-catering businesses.
Your purchase includes lifetime access to the Thrive business-building system, including:
The Thrive Method™
The Thrive Hub™
The Thrive Toolkit™
The Thrive Studio™
To purchase Thrive you must be aged 18 or over and able to enter into a contract. Thrive is designed for owners of established accommodation businesses, but it's your decision whether it's right for you and your circumstances.
Thrive is available as:
All prices include VAT at the prevailing UK rate. Stephanie Thomas Coaching Ltd is VAT registered.
If you choose the monthly option, you authorise the scheduled payments on the dates agreed at checkout, and you commit to completing all three. If a payment fails and isn't resolved within a reasonable time, we may pause your access until it's brought up to date. If payments remain outstanding, we'll always try to sort it out with you first, but we reserve the right to take reasonable steps to recover what's owed.
If you choose the monthly option, your access to Thrive is released in stages as your payments are made - each part unlocking as the corresponding payment is taken. Pay in full, and you have full access to Thrive straight away. Either way, once all payments are complete you have lifetime access to Thrive (see Section 5).
Your purchase gives you lifetime access to Thrive, including the Thrive Method™, Thrive Hub™, Thrive Toolkit™ and Thrive Studio™.
Lifetime access means you may continue to access Thrive for as long as Stephanie Thomas Coaching Ltd continues to operate and support Thrive.
From time to time we may update, improve, replace or retire features, tools or resources as Thrive evolves. Any such changes will be made with the intention of maintaining or improving the overall value of Thrive.
While new features and improvements to Thrive will normally be included, we reserve the right to create and offer separate products, programmes or services outside Thrive in the future.
Access is personal to you. It may not be shared, transferred, or used by anyone else.
Thrive is digital content, available to you the moment you buy.
Because you get instant access, the following applies: when you purchase and choose to open or access any part of Thrive straight away, you agree to immediate delivery of digital content, and you acknowledge that you give up the 14-day cancellation right that would otherwise apply under UK consumer law.
If you have not accessed any part of Thrive, you may cancel within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. Once you've accessed the content, the purchase is non-refundable, except where required by law.
If you're paying monthly, access is released in stages (see section 4). The cancellation position above applies to the content that has been released to you at the point you cancel.
Thrive™ - including the Thrive Method™, Thrive Hub™, Thrive Toolkit™ and Thrive Studio™ - is the property of Stephanie Thomas Coaching Ltd, and is protected by copyright.
When you buy, you're granted a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to use the materials for your own business only. You may not:
Unauthorised use may result in your access being withdrawn without refund, and, if necessary, legal action.
Where you take part in live Q&A sessions connected with Thrive, we ask that all communication is respectful and professional, that you don't pitch or sell to other owners, and that you don't share Thrive materials outside Thrive. We reserve the right to remove access, without refund, for behaviour that's disruptive or breaches these Terms. This is rare, but it protects everyone.
From time to time we may share anonymised examples of questions or comments (with no identifying details) for teaching or marketing purposes. We'll always handle these with care and never share anything sensitive or personally identifying. If you'd rather your contributions weren't used this way, email stephanie@stephaniethomas.com and we'll honour that.
Thrive provides education and guidance. It isn't a substitute for financial, legal, accounting or other professional advice, and nothing in it should be treated as such.
Results vary depending on your business, your market and how you apply what you learn. We don't guarantee any specific income, bookings or business outcomes. What we commit to is the quality of Thrive, the materials you receive, and our ongoing efforts to maintain and improve the system over time.
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so - including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
We may withdraw your access if these Terms are breached, if payments remain outstanding, or if your conduct during any Thrive session is disruptive of harmful to others. If your access ends, the intellectual property and confidentiality sections of this Agreement still apply.
We're not responsible for delays or disruption caused by events outside our reasonable control. Where possible, we'll let you know and find a sensible way forward.
This Agreement is governed by the law of England and Wales, and any disputes fall under the jurisdiction of its courts. If you're a consumer based elsewhere, you keep the benefit of any mandatory protections of your own country's law.
