THRIVE - TERMS OF PARTICIPATION
Last updated: January 2026

Please read these Terms carefully. By enrolling in Thrive, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) between you (“Client”, “you”) and Stephanie Thomas Coaching Ltd (“Company”, “we”, “us”).

1. The Programme

Thrive is a 6-month mentorship programme for established accommodation business owners.

Your participation may include:

  • Online training and educational resources

  • Group coaching calls and live sessions

  • Workshops and implementation support

  • Access to a private online community

  • Digital templates, tools, and supporting materials

The exact format and content are outlined on the Thrive sales page at the time of enrolment.

We may update or improve the programme materials from time to time.
“Lifetime access” refers to continued access while the programme platform remains active.

2. Eligibility

Thrive is intended for:

  • Adults aged 18 or over

  • Owners of established accommodation businesses

You are responsible for deciding whether Thrive is appropriate for your business and circumstances.

3. Payments & Financial Commitment

You agree to pay the full Thrive fee, either:

  • In full, or

  • Via the agreed payment plan

If you choose a payment plan, you authorise automatic monthly payments.

If a payment fails and a valid payment method is not provided, we reserve the right to pause or remove access until payment is resolved.

4. Love It or Leave It Guarantee

You commit to the first 3 months of Thrive.

If, after genuinely participating, you decide Thrive is not right for you:

  • You may step away after 3 months

  • No further payments will be taken

  • If paid in full, your 3-month participation will be considered complete

If you leave:

  • Access to training, calls, community, and materials ends immediately

  • You may not retain or share any programme content

This guarantee exists to ensure Thrive remains a mutual commitment, not an obligation.

5. Programme Access & Conduct

To protect the quality of Thrive for everyone:

  • All communication must be respectful and professional

  • No pitching, selling, or promoting services to other members

  • No sharing programme materials outside Thrive

We reserve the right to remove access without refund if behaviour is disruptive, inappropriate, or breaches these Terms.

6. Confidentiality

You agree to:

  • Respect the privacy of other Thrive participants

  • Keep shared discussions and business details confidential

Likewise, Thrive materials and methods are proprietary and confidential.

7. Intellectual Property

All Thrive content remains the property of Stephanie Thomas Coaching Ltd.

You are granted a limited, non-transferable licence to use materials for your own business only.

You may not:

  • Copy, share, resell, or distribute materials

  • Use Thrive content to create competing programmes

Unauthorised use may result in immediate termination of access and legal action if required.

8. Use of Contributions

By participating, you agree that:

  • Questions, comments, or contributions made within Thrive may be used anonymously for training, marketing, or educational purposes

  • We will never share sensitive information without reasonable care

You may request anonymity at any time.

9. No Guarantees or Professional Advice

Thrive provides education, strategy, and support - not financial, legal, or accounting advice.

Results vary based on:

  • Your business model

  • Market conditions

  • Implementation and effort

We do not guarantee income, bookings, or outcomes.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses

  • Your maximum claim is limited to the amount paid for Thrive

If you are dissatisfied, your remedy is to discontinue participation under the Guarantee.

11. Termination

We may terminate access if:

  • Terms are breached

  • Payments remain outstanding

  • Conduct harms the programme environment

All obligations regarding confidentiality and intellectual property survive termination.

12. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays or disruptions caused by events outside our reasonable control (including illness, technical failures, or external events).

13. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales.
