Weekly coaching and support
Twice a week, three weeks out of every four, we meet live as a group on Zoom.
You bring your questions - pricing, positioning, operational challenges, difficult guest situations, growth decisions, what's stuck and what needs clarity.
You get personal feedback, accountability, and the kind of thinking that's difficult to do when you're buried inside the business alone.
This is where the bigger shifts happen. The Method gives you the foundations. But it's in the coaching that your hotel actually changes - through the conversations, the questions you didn't know you needed to ask, the things only another set of eyes can see.
In between calls, you can ask questions inside the community and get direct access to me as you implement the work in your hotel.

How much time will I need to commit each week?

Will my partner or team need to be involved?

You can absolutely do Thrive without your partner or team joining the calls.
That said, the work often affects more than just you. The owners who get the most from Thrive usually have partners or teams who understand where the business is heading - even if they're not directly involved in the programme itself.
Some couples join together and work through Thrive side by side. Others have one person inside the programme while the other stays in a supportive role.
Both can work very well.
During the Gameplan Call, we'll figure out what makes the most sense for your setup.
What tends not to work as well is trying to make major changes to the business without the people around you understanding why those changes matter.
The work is too important for that.

What if I can't make all the live calls?
You don't need to attend every call live to get full value from Thrive.
All coaching calls are recorded, and you'll receive the replay, transcript and summary notes - so you can catch up in a way that fits around your hotel and your life.
If you can't attend live, you can pre-submit your questions and I'll address them on the call.
You don't have to be there to be supported.
And the community - including my support inside it - is there around you in between calls too.

Thrive is primarily designed for independent hotels, but the principles behind The Thrive Method™ also apply to owner-run hospitality businesses with a strong guest experience at their core.
I've worked with B&Bs and self-catering businesses where the owner is hands-on, hospitality-hearted and genuinely committed to the guest experience.
What matters most isn't the category of business - it's how the business operates.
Thrive works best for owners who are deeply involved, care about the quality, and want the business behind the hospitality to become stronger, calmer and more sustainable too.
Thrive isn't desgined for short-term rental operators, platforms-only businesses, or passive income models. The structure is different, the business model is different, and there are better resources for those routes.
We'll always confirm fit during the Gameplan Call.
When can I join?
Thrive runs year-round, with space for one or two new owners each month.
If Thrive feels like the right next step, the first move is booking a Gameplan Call.
We'll talk through timing together - including when your six months would begin and whether the timing feels right for your business and your life.
What about payment plans and refunds?
Thrive offers two payment options:
Pay in full: £4,000 + VAT
Monthly plan: £1,500 + VAT upfront, followed by 5 monthly payments of £575 + VAT
(Total £4,375 + VAT).
Both options include the same programme, the same access to me, and the same six months of work together.
As for refunds - Thrive is a considered commitment, which is why the Gameplan Call happens first.
We use that conversation to make sure the fit is genuinely right before you enrol.
Because of that, I don't offer refunds after enrolment. If Thrive isn't the right fit for you, we'll identify that during the call - before you join.
What happens after six months?
At the end of your six months in Thrive, you'll have a choice.
By then, you'll have a far clearer strategy, a more profitable and intentional way of running your hotel, and a business that feels calmer, stronger and more sustainable behind the scenes too.
Some owners continue with ongoing support inside Amplify - my continuation programme - where we keep refining, implementing and building on what's already working.
Others feel ready to move forward independently.
There's no obligation either way.
