What kind of accommodation business is Thrive suitable for?
Thrive is designed for owners of professional, guest-focused accommodation businesses - including B&Bs, independent hotels and established self-catering or holiday rental businesses with around 5–20 rooms or units.
You'll usually have at least two years' experience welcoming guests and managing your business day to day.
Thrive is for owners who see their accommodation as a real business, livelihood and long-term asset - not a hobby, side project or property investment.
If you care deeply about your guests, want to step fully into the role of business owner (not just host), and are ready to build a consistently profitable, sustainable business with more freedom, Thrive will likely be a strong fit.
How much time will I need to commit each week?
Most Thrive clients spend around 4-6 hours per week - a mix of learning, focused implementation and joining live calls.
Some weeks will feel lighter, others a little fuller, depending on your goals and the stage your business is at. You're never expected to do everything at once and you always set the pace.
What matters most is that everything inside Thrive is practical, focused and relevant. There's no busywork and no unnecessary extras - the time you invest goes directly into improving your bookings, profitability and how smoothly your business runs.

With simple frameworks, templates and checklists, and focused feedback to guide you, many Thrivers begin to feel more organised and in control very early on - often freeing up time as their business becomes clearer and easier to run.
What if I can't make all the live calls?
That's absolutely fine. You don't need to attend every call live to receive the full value of Thrive.
All sessions are recorded and shared with clear replays, transcripts and action notes, so you can catch up in a way that fits around your business and your life.
If you can't attend live, you're welcome to pre-submit your questions and I'll address them on the call. And with the Thrive community around you, you'll always have support, insight and encouragement - even when your can't attend live.
Do I need to be tech-savvy for this?
Not at all. You don't need to be particularly technical to succeed inside Thrive.
Everything is taught in a clear, step-by-step way, with support to help you apply it confidently. Many Thrivers join feeling unsure about the technical side of things and quickly realise that what they really needed was clarity and structure - not technical expertise.
You'll learn how to put simple, effective systems in place that support direct bookings and more consistent marketing - without getting lost in tools, jargon or complicated setups.
How quickly will I see results?

On that call, we'll look at where your business is right now, what you want to change and whether Thrive is the right fit - both for you and for the programme. If it is, we'll talk through next steps and timing together.
What happens after six months?
At the end of your six months in Thrive, you'll have a choice.
By then, you'll have built strong foundations and a clearer, more profitable way of running your business. Some clients feel ready to continue independently, while others choose to continue inside Thrive on an ongoing basis for continued guidance, accountability and community.
Ongoing Thrive support is designed to help you maintain momentum, refine what’s working and amplify your results as your business evolves - without slipping back into guesswork or overwhelm.
There’s no obligation to continue. You’ll decide what feels right for you and your business at that point.
