How the work goes
Six months. Twice-weekly group coaching with me, three weeks out of every four. The fourth week is Implementation Week - no calls, no new content, no overload. Just space to embed what you've learnt and move your hotel forward properly.
We start with a welcome session where I introduce you to the Thrive Hub, the community and the six-month journey ahead. Where possible these are small groups so you meet other owners from day one.
You'll work through the Thrive Method™ at your own pace, with full access to the training, tools and resources that support each stage of the guest journey. Practical, clear and designed for implementation. Method access is yours for 12 months from enrolment, so the work has time to embed properly — not just inside the six months, but well beyond.
Support inside Thrive happens at three levels. Community support every day, where I'm present, answering questions and keeping momentum. Strategic coaching on the live calls, where the work becomes specific to your hotel. And personal 1:1 access for the questions that need it - the personal, financial or sensitive ones better handled away from a group. Most clients never need it. The fact that it's there matters more than how often it's used.
Around all of this is the community itself - a small, close-knit group of owners running real hospitality businesses, who understand the pressure, the responsibility and the ambition behind what you've built. An environment built around growth, not competition.

Who is Thrive for? Will it work for my hotel?
Thrive is built for owners of independent hotels - typically 10 to 15 rooms, owner-run, hospitality-led, several years in. A real business with real overheads, run by people who are hands-on in the day-to-day and serious about what they're building.
Thrive has also worked beautifully for owners of luxury B&Bs and similar hospitality-led businesses run with the same calibre and intention.
Where Thrive isn't the right fit: holiday let operators, single-unit Airbnb hosts, passive property investors or anyone running their business as a side hustle.

How is Thrive different from other coaching programmes?

I've spent 16 years working exclusively in this industry and I ran an award-winning luxury B&B myself before coaching others. The work isn't generic business theory dressed up for hospitality. It's industry-deep.
Second, it's small. The community is capped at 25 owners - so you get real access to me, not a name on a member list.

How much time will the programme actually take?
Around 6-8 hours in an average week. A mix of learning, focused implementation and the live coaching calls.
The two coaching calls each week are the rhythm of Thrive - and the expectation is that you come to both where you can. Some weeks one will work; that's fine. The rest of the time goes on working through the Method at your own pace and putting it into practice in your hotel.
Some weeks will feel lighter, others a little fuller - depending on what you're working on and where your hotel is at. The time you invest goes directly into improving your bookings, your profitability and how your hotel runs.
This isn't about adding more to an already full plate. It's about working differently - so that the work you're already doing finally builds something that lasts.
I'm already busy. Will this just give me more to do?
The honest answer: most owners are already doing too much - just not the right things.
Thrive doesn't pile more onto the to-do list. It helps you focus on a small number of high-impact changes that actually move the hotel forward - and cut out the busywork quietly draining your time.
Most clients feel more organised and in control within the first few weeks. As the hotel runs more smoothly, time starts to come back - not all at once, but steadily.
The work you do inside Thrive isn't extra work. It's the right work, done properly - instead of the wrong work, done forever.
What if I can't make all the live calls?
We have two coaching calls each week, three weeks of every four. They're the rhythm of Thrive - where the real work gets done together, where you get unstuck and where the community forms.
The expectation is that you come to both calls each week where you can. Some weeks one will work - that's fine. The owners who get the most out of Thrive are the ones who turn up consistently.
If you genuinely can't make a call, replays are emailed afterwards with a full transcript and a summary of the key points. You can also pre-submit a question and I'll address it on the call, so you're still in the conversation. The replays are a safety net - not a substitute. Where you can be in the room, be in the room.
Will my partner or team need to be involved?
Thrive is for the person who runs the business side of things - and that's usually one specific person, even in partnerships. You can absolutely do this without your partner or team sitting in on calls.
That said, some of the work Thrive guides - pricing, restructuring how the business runs, deciding when you're open and closed - affects more than just you. The owners who get the most out of Thrive have partners and teams who are broadly aligned with where you're trying to take the business, even if they're not in the room for the work itself.
Some couples enrol together and work through it side by side. Others have one of them in the programme while the other stays in a supporting role. Both can work - and on the Gameplan Call we can figure out which makes sense for your setup.
What doesn't work as well is enrolling without the people around you knowing that real change is on the horizon. The work matters too much for that.
How quickly will I see results?
Most owners in Thrive see clear, measurable progress within the first three months - more direct bookings, longer stays, more confident pricing.
Your timeline depends on where's you're starting from and how quickly you put the work into practice. The Thrive Method™ is designed to build momentum in the right order - so you're not guessing or jumping ahead - and I'm there throughout to help you focus on what matters next.
The full six months is what embeds it. Real change isn't about speed. It's about clarity, sequence and giving the work time to compound.
When can I join?
I open a small number of places in Thrive each month - usually one or two - because the community is capped at 25 and I want to know each owner properly.
If Thrive feels like the right next step, the way in is to book a Gameplan Call. On the call, we'll talk through timing - including when your six months would begin.
What about payment plans and refunds?
Thrive has two ways to join:
Pay in full - £4,000 + VAT (saves £375 compared to the monthly plan)
Monthly plan - £1,500 + VAT today, then 5 monthly payments of £575 + VAT (£4,375 + VAT total)
Whichever option you choose, you get the same programme, the same access to me and the same six months of work together.

On refunds: Thrive is a serious commitment and the Gameplan Call exists specifically so we both know it's the right fit before you join. Once we've both said yes, you're in for six months. The Gameplan Call is genuinely there to protect the fit - if Thrive isn't right, we'll say so on the call and you won't enrol in the first place.
What happens after six months?
At the end of your six months in Thrive, you'll have a choice.
You'll have built strong foundations and a clearer, more profitable way of running your hotel - and the question becomes whether you want ongoing support or whether you're ready to move forward independently.
Some owners continue with Amplify - my continuation programme, where we refine what's working, take it deeper and keep the momentum going. Others graduate from Thrive ready to move forward on their own. Both are valid outcomes.
The goal is that you leave Thrive with a hotel that works - whether you carry on with support or move forward independently.
